Group Reservations for Summer 2009
Groups are already booking for next summer. To request a copy of our 2009 Group Reservation Form please use our on-line contact form.
Group Reservations & Individual Reservations: The forms below detail what you need to know before scheduling your group or yourself for Wilderness Trek.
Read the terms
Complete the appropriate form
Include the appropriate reservation fee (Group Reservation Fee or Individual Deposit)
Mail all the above to Wilderness Trek, PO Box 831040, Richardson, TX 75083-1040 or process your group
Reserve your date (individual or group reservation) on-line using your credit card by going to Booking Information

After we receive your individual or group reservation agreement we will respond with a confirmation letter (and e-mail) and Resource Materials to assist in the organizing of your Trek. Once your 2009 materials have been shipped, the following forms will be available online as a back-up resource for Group Coordinators and participants. All forms are updated by October 1, each year.
