On this page you can register your group or you can register an individual (yourself or your student). You can also pay most of your Trek fees via credit card on-line. Group Coordinators who wish to pay their deposits and final balances via credit card should call 800-833-4218. Note: Student participants must be 14 yrs. of age by September 1, 2010, or going into the 9th grade.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR GROUP, YOURSELF OR YOUR STUDENT
Reservations and Payments
There are two ways to make a reservation for your group, yourself or your student:
1) Reserve On-Line - use your credit card to reserve your date and to pay your Group Reservation Fee (or individual participant fees) 2) Reserve By Mail - download and complete our 2010 Group Reservation Agreement or 2010 Individual Reservation Agreement and mail your form to us along with your fee Note: If you are registering 10 business days (or less) prior to your start date, you must use on-line registration.
All Treks start on Saturday, 2:00 PM, or Sunday, 2:00 PM, and end by 9:00 PM on the last day. Click below on the start date for your Trek. Follow the four easy steps to register your group, yourself or your student. Once we receive your on-line registration we will add your group, you, or your student to our calendar and send you e-mail confirmation along with a packet of information to help prepare you or your group members for your Trek.
A Note About Group Sizes: Because of Forestry Service regulations the maximum of participants on any given trail is 20. If you bring more than 20, we have to divide your organization into two, or more groups. If you are registering for a group of less than 15 participants, we will add your registrants to another another group scheduled to participate at the same time.
Adding Yourself, or Your Student, To an Exisiting Group? If you are wishing to add yourself (or your student) to a specific group that is already registered, be sure you have checked with the group's coordinator to make sure room is still available. Otherwise you (or your student) will be added to a group that is not full. For group coordinator contact information call 800-833-4218.

ATTENTION GROUP COORDINATORS ! As an incentive for group leaders who wish to bring more than one group, you receive one free spot for every 25 participants you bring.
You will be reserving through our arrangement with Active.com. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM OR LOG IN THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM. YOU CAN SKIP THE STEP WHERE THEY ASK YOU TO CREATE A LOG IN ID. JUST USE THE "GUEST ACCESS" BUTTON.

GROUP RESERVATIONS BY MAIL
Download 2010 Group Reservation Agreement. Complete the Group Reservation Form (page 3 of the Agreement) and mail to us along with the appropriate Group Reservation Fee . Please make checks payable to Wilderness Trek. Mail your form and fee to Wilderness Trek, PO Box 682949, Franklin, TN 37068.
Wilderness Expeditions Lodge (formerly known as Riverside Lodge) - Unless you are registered for a College/Young Adult Trek, Adult Trek or Family Trek lodging is not included in your package. If you want to reserve lodging please download the Wilderness Expeditions Lodge Reservation Information or contact Jane Martin, 806-787-9804, booklodging@hotmail.com. Note: Wilderness Expeditions Lodge is owned separately and is not a part of Wilderness Trek Christian Camp, Inc..
What's included ?
All Treks are five or six-day day journeys in the wilderness. Groups (and individuals) arrive at our base camp on Saturday or Sunday (2:00 p.m.) to begin their Trek. Included in the cost of Trek are: use of all equipment (pack, sleeping bag, insulite pad, tent, cook gear, etc.), trail food, guide fees, spiritual training journal, T-shirt and banquet meal. College/Young Adult Treks, Adult Treks, Family Treks and all Pack & Paddle Treks include additional items. For a complete description of each Trek program, select from the following:
